1. Who we are

Changsha Tuotuode Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") is an e-commerce seller operating its own stores on Amazon and other marketplaces under the brand TUOTODE. Registered address: Room 128-986, Office Building 1, Jianghe Commercial Center, No. 339 Shawan Road, Lituo Subdistrict, Yuhua District, Changsha, Hunan 410000, China.

2. Scope

This notice covers the internal software tools we use to run our own stores, including our integrations with the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Ads API. These tools are used only by our own staff, only for our own seller and advertising accounts.

3. Information we access

• Our own store data via SP-API: our product listings, prices, inventory, and sales and traffic reports.
• Our own advertising data via the Amazon Ads API: our campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, and performance reports.
• Login with Amazon is used only to authorize our own accounts. We do not offer sign-in to the public.

We do not request, collect, or store personal information of Amazon customers (buyers), such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses, through these tools.

4. How we use it

• To list and manage our own products.
• To create and optimize our own advertising campaigns (bids, budgets, keywords).
• To analyse our own sales, traffic and advertising performance internally.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share data obtained from Amazon APIs with any third party. Data is used only within our company for the purposes above, in line with the Amazon Services API Developer Agreement, the Amazon Ads API License Agreement and Amazon's Data Protection Policy.

6. Security and retention

• API credentials and data are stored on access-controlled company systems; credentials are never shared publicly.
• Access is limited to authorized staff of our company.
• Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and is deleted when no longer needed.
